This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in the voting process, ensuring that every vote is counted accurately and efficiently!

Primary Election Ballot Scanning Schedule

  • 7/17/26: 10am – 12pm (Training Day)

  • 7/18/26: 7am – 2pm (Ballot Scanning Test Day)

  • 7/27/26 - 8/1/26: 11am – 5pm

  • 8/3/26 - 8/7/26: 11am – 5pm

  • 8/8/26: 12pm – 11:59pm (Election Day)

  • 8/9/26: 12am – 6pm (Post-Election Day)

  • 8/10/26 - 8/12/26: 8am – 10pm (Recount Days)

General Election Ballot Scanning Schedule

  • 10/9/26: 10am – 12pm (Training Day)

  • 10/10/26: 7am – 2pm (Ballot Scanning Day)

  • 10/19/26: 11am – 9pm

  • 10/20/26 - 10/24/26: 11am – 5pm

  • 10/26/26 - 10/31/26: 11am – 5pm

  • 11/2/26: 11am – 5pm

  • 11/3/26: 12am – 11:59pm (Election Day)

  • 11/4/26: 12am– 6pm (Post-Election Day)

  • 11/5/26 - 11/7/26: 8am – 10pm (Recount Days)

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Scan in mail-in ballots to ensure accurate processing for both the primary and general elections. Y
  • Work with high-speed scanning equipment in a focused, fast-paced environment where precision is required.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of documents quickly while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Comfortable operating scanning machinery and basic computer interfaces.
  • Must be punctual and adaptable. Staff must be flexible with the schedule, as you may be dismissed early on days when ballot volume is lower than expected.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict security protocols.
