Benefits Generalist (222011-60)
As a Benefits Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and clients through benefits administration, eligibility, and compliance. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of benefit programs while working alongside a supportive team that values accuracy, service, and integrity. Hours
Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$25 to $28 an hour, DOE
Responsibilities
- Enroll, cancel, and process changes to employee health plan memberships.
- Monitor and track monthly health plan eligibility.
- Administer COBRA, including issuing election notices and processing elections and payments.
- Respond to client and employee inquiries regarding employee benefit plans.
- Support open enrollment activities and related communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
- Two to four years of related HR or benefits experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
