Job Description

A local business is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to oversee their day-to-day accounting functions. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and ensuring financial reports and projections are accurate.

The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while holding the office team accountable to deadlines.

Full-time, 9:00am-5:00pm, Flexible

Pay

$27 to $33 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Extract and adjust data from reservation platforms and payment processing systems.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide projections for management.
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including reconciliation, AP/AR, and payroll processing.?
  • Communicate effectively with bother internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with streamlining office operations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in corporate accounting, general bookkeeping, reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Proficiency with technology and financial software.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analysis skills and experience with report creation.
  • Ability to work in a team and have a collaborative mindset.
