Our client is a prominent local real estate development committed to maintaining top-tier facilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of our properties. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and tenant needs, ensuring that our buildings operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, Flexible to work 5:30-6:00PM

$65,000 to $85,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute comprehensive building maintenance programs, including routine inspections and timely repairs to building systems and structural components.
- Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Tenant Services: Act as the primary point of contact for tenant service requests, providing professional, efficient, and friendly resolutions to ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed to company standards and within budget.
- Project Support: Assist management with minor capital projects and tenant improvement build-outs from start to finish.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of preventive maintenance, repair work, and equipment status updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven, verifiable experience in commercial building maintenance and engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong, working knowledge of HVAC, electrical (including lighting and circuitry), and fire/life safety systems.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist in troubleshooting and project planning.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of performing maintenance tasks, including the ability to lift and carry at least 75 lbs regularly.
- Autonomy: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage a daily schedule, and handle tasks with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts between the hours of 5:30 AM and 6:00 PM, be open to working weekends as needed, be willing to participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
