Pay

$18 to $23 an hour

Responsibilities

Indoor & Facility Maintenance:

• Light Repairs: Handle basic facility repairs, replace light bulbs, and assist with general building upkeep.
• Surface Prep: Perform drywall repairs (sanding, taping, applying joint compound) and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Fixture Installation: Replace smoke detectors, plumbing fixtures, and other hardware as needed.

Outdoor Grounds Maintenance:

• Landscaping: Keep properties looking their best by raking, weeding, watering, and fertilizing garden beds.
• Power Equipment: Operate landscaping tools safely (lawnmowers, edgers, trimmers, power saws).
• Site Upkeep: Perform light excavation work, clear debris, and maintain pathways.
• Equipment Care: Ensure all company tools and machinery are cleaned and stored properly.

Qualifications

• Reliability: Excellent attendance is non-negotiable. We need team members who show up on time, every time.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting/carrying 50–75 lbs regularly and standing for long periods.
• Hands-on Skills: Proficiency with basic hand tools and an ability to follow simple instructions and safety guidelines.
• Attitude: A willingness to learn, adapt to different tasks, and help other departments when needed.
• Must be able to pass a Federal/State background check and a 5-panel drug test.
• 6+ months of previous labor, maintenance, or construction experience is a plus, but not required for all levels.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus (helpful for travel between sites).
