Job Description

Our client is looking for someone who can maintain and keep the building and common areas in good condition. Responsibilities for this role include handling general maintenance such as doing minor repairs (i.e., basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC), drywall repair, painting, landscaping, electrical/appliance maintenance and repair, etc.

Hours

Part-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or multi-resident property building maintenance experience required.
• EPA certified highly preferred
• Must have knowledge of a wide range of hand/power tools, equipment and supplies, such as: basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping.
• Be reliable and hard working.
