Our client is looking for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain a Honolulu property. In this role, you’ll handle general maintenance, troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors. Hours

Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and help keep common areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify needed repairs.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance to help keep the property in good condition.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Report maintenance concerns and communicate repair needs to property management.
• Use tools and equipment safely and follow property procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general maintenance and troubleshoot common building issues.
• Ability to use basic maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and follow through on assignments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with property management, vendors, and contractors.
• Zero tolerance company
• Verifiable previous experience.
