Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial functions including but not limited to planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, overseeing general ledger, billing, and collections.
  • Handle human resources and employee relations management included but not limited to benefits administration, performance evaluations, compensation determinations, recruiting, employee onboarding, resignations and terminations, employee training, etc.
  • Oversee business operations including tactical planning, risk management, facilities management, purchasing and inventory, records management, etc.
  • Perform general supervision of staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in executive management.
  • Proven background in finance, HR, and operations management.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop, recommend, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
