Our client is seeking a Client Account Liaison to join their Honolulu team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for customers regarding their account status. You'll provide timely responses to account inquires, perform research and help resolve issues on payments and charges.
This role does NOT involve collections and accounting in the traditional sense. Instead, you will be responsible for answering member questions about billing or fees.
Qualified candidates will have their associate's degree in business/accounting and possess basic knowledge of accounting principles.
