Client Care Generalist (ALTRES in-house) (200768)

We have an immediate opening for a Client Care Generalist at simplicityHR by ALTRES! As the Client Care Generalist, you will be working with a team focused on providing excellent customer service and HR support to our clients.

You will be responsible for assisting with customer concerns and questions, as well as managing and maintaining communication with clients. The ideal candidate has two years of practical client service, human resources, or payroll experience. Thorough training will be provided on our in-house systems.


Full-time, 8:00am - 5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


  • Answer phones and assist with client inquiries or route to appropriate department.
  • Schedule internal meetings and take detailed notes.
  • Work with existing clients on solutions to requests.
  • Manage and track deliverables on a client-level basis.
  • Manage and maintain workers' comp related communications with broker.
  • Populate contract templates and addendums.
  • Assist with year-end processes (W2, file updates, year-end reports).
  • Properly maintain customer database.
  • Develop and deliver accurate reports.
  • Provide assistance to the Client Care department.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years of practical client service, HR, or payroll experience.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
