Job Description

A local Kama'aina company has an immediate opening for a Client Relationship Manager. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients and guiding them through systems. You will also be involved with resolving client demands, develop project plans and ensure subject matter experts from various departments to complete projects on a timely basis and meet client's expectations.

Applicants for this role should have two years of practical client service and/or account management experience along with previous HR experience or a college degree in Human Resources.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$60,000 to $80,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Present clients with solutions that reflect the client's needs and expectations.
  • Successfully project manage the client experience from sales to operations.
  • Create strong relationships across all departments to ensure the client experience is positive and meets client's expectations.
  • Manage client questions, issues, and expectations throughout our partnership and always arrive at a positive outcome.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings that pertain to the client experience. This will include owners, managers, and employees of a client company.
  • Work with new and existing clients on solutions to basic request.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of practical client service and/or account management experience with HR experience or a college degree in HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Superb customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems practically and utilize conflict resolution skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong desire to understand the PEO industry, the product, the company and clients.
  • Passion for customer service, ability to connect with people, and the commitment to build strong relationships.
  • Strong project management attributes.
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to analyze situations and come up with a solution quickly to solve the client's needs.
