A local business in the real estate industry is immediately looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to provide membership support. In this role you will assist with client billing, education, events, and other inquiries from members and the public.

This is a direct hire position with great starting pay and benefits. You will also receive $125 towards parking or a bus pass.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$50,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Assist callers with website navigation; refer to outside resources/agencies as appropriate.
  • Maintain member savings procedures manual; work with vendors to review, vet, and increase value to member savings.
  • Pickup newspaper, sort daily mail, drop-off afternoon mail.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years call center or office environment experience.
  • Experience with payment posting and/or cash handling a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
