A local company is seeking a results-driven Clinic Operations Director to oversee all administrative and clinical operations for a busy healthcare practice. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to maintain operational excellence while ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in clinic administration, imaging, or ambulatory care is highly preferred, along with demonstrated success in leading teams, improving processes, and supporting both patient and provider satisfaction.

Pay

$90,000 to $100,000 a year, bonus eligible

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional patient service.
  • Supervise, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive and professional team culture.
  • Monitor patient scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet service demand.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to improve care delivery and clinic performance.
  • Oversee budget management, purchasing, and expense tracking to support financial health.
  • Support ongoing system upgrades, including electronic medical record (EMR) enhancements.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient and provider experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care operations, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare finance, billing, or regulatory compliance.
  • Background in diagnostic imaging or outpatient care management.
