Get your foot in the door with a premier commercial contractor based in Sand Island! We are looking for motivated, full-time laborers to join our Foundation Division team starting ASAP. This is a high-energy, hands-on role where you will be working outdoors to support critical infrastructure projects. You will assist with various manual labor tasks, including excavation, backfilling, concrete pours, and pile installation.

Because this position involves working outdoors in the elements, we are looking for candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and ready to stay active throughout the workday. Pay

$20 to $28 an hour

Responsibilities

• General Labor: Support the Foundation Division with physical labor, including digging trenches and backfilling.
• Site Support: Assist with concrete pouring, pile installation, and foundation repair projects.
• Equipment & Tools: Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free; pick up debris and secure equipment daily.
• Logistics: Load, unload, haul, and hoist materials as needed.
• Setup: Assist in the construction and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Collaboration: Work alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and report any site hazards to the foreman or HR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, push, and pull for long periods in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Must have the ability to obtain a security pass for federal job sites.
• Strong team orientation and a results-driven mindset.
• Verifiable construction experience of at least 6 months.
