We are looking for a motivated Construction Laborer to assist with site preparation and general labor tasks. You will be instrumental in helping the team get properties ready for concrete pours, performing demolition tasks, and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions closely.

Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Assist with clearing and preparing areas specifically for upcoming concrete pours.
• Demolition: Safely perform demolition and debris removal tasks.
• Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• General Labor: Provide support to other trades and crew members wherever needed on-site.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a high standard of safety and follow all site rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable construction experience.
• Attire & PPE: You must wear appropriate long pants and covered shoes while on the job site.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physicality: Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor environment throughout the shift.
