Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations. We are looking for a proactive professional with at least 3 years of experience in construction materials, inventory logistics, and operational management. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse, ensuring field teams are fully supported, supply chain workflows are optimized, and safety compliance is strictly maintained.

Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay

$20 to $28 an hour

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment at multiple job sites.
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate deliveries to pickups and transfers.
• Warehouse Operations: Ensure daily warehouse operations are running smoothly.
• Compliance: Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to OSHA.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and supervise warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and other duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work extended hours if needed.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
