Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

$60,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Create and update standard operating procedures.
- Collaborates with Manager on credit issues.
- Refer delinquent accounts and maintain communications with collections agency and attorney.
- Maintain monthly aging reports and monitor AR and identify overdue accounts.
- Review delinquent accounts and take timely and appropriate action to reduce collection risk.
- Document all collections activity in a concise and accurate format.
- Assist with staff and client questions on billing and payments.
- Generate and assist with billing task as needed.
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from customers.
- Resolve customer issues concerning billing discrepancies.
- Submit reports to credit manager on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
- Prior accounting and/or collections experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge using Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word and Teams).
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
