We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Janitorial Team Member to join our operations. In this role, you will be the face of our property’s cleanliness, ensuring that common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces remain in top condition. You will also provide essential support to our maintenance team, helping with light repairs and ensuring our facilities are safe and welcoming for everyone.

Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Property Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, elevators, hallways, and amenity spaces.
• Janitorial Tasks: Perform regular deep cleaning of common restrooms and ensure they are consistently stocked with necessary supplies.
• Trash Removal: Collect and remove trash from designated areas throughout the facility.
• Maintenance Support: Assist the maintenance team with light repair tasks and facility improvements as needed.
• Standards: Uphold high standards of cleanliness to ensure a professional environment for all occupants.

Qualifications

• Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Dress Code: Must adhere to safety dress code: T-shirt, long pants (no shorts), and closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
