Job Description

A local trade organization is seeking a Customer Care Rep to help provide client care and technical support to customers. Qualified candidates will have two years of troubleshooting computer hardware and software experience. Monthly parking reimbursement or City Bus pass available.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Kahala, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$45,000 to $50,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and request technical assistance (for MLS system, Realist, and related products) to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide timely and effective service and support for technical and product calls.
  • Research customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Research and revise requested database changes in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • Gather specifications and feedback from subscribers relating to MLS system functionality and rules and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and process applications for IDX, RETS and Assistants.
  • Work both independently and collaborative with teams to develop, document and promote new products and services.
  • Work both independently and collaborative with teams to develop, document and promote enhancements to existing products and services with testing and validation prior to delivery.
  • Performs other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting computer hardware and software programs experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Web-based products and services, and previous experience with web content maintenance preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, web browsers and desktop computers.
  • Real estate knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, practice good judgement and remain ethical.
