Local company seeking a high-level Customer Service Rep for a remote call center and data entry work. This role will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The day-to-day duties of this role will include answering and directing phone calls to the correct department. Candidates will need to be familiar with navigating computer programs, possess previous customer service experience and the ability to speak and communicate professionally.
This position is remote; however, candidates must be based in Hawaii due to potential in-office requirements and payroll considerations.
You must also have your own laptop or computer, ability to use Chrome, a quiet place to work, reliable internet connection, and a headset.
