Customer Service Rep (199341-04)

Local company in need of qualified Customer Service Representatives to assist their Customer Relations Department. This position will be working remotely, so no need to worry about parking!

The department operates 24/7 and shifts will primarily be between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm, but occasional overnight shifts will be required.

This assignment will start ASAP and go for about 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. Apply now!

$15 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers with any issues regarding the company's application for a new program.
  • Respond to department emails.
  • Enter customer data into system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Previous customer service experience. Call center experience is a plus.
  • Able to type (at least 55 WPM) and speak on the phone simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep up in a very fast paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must have access to adequate high-speed internet.
