Job Description

If you have excellent customer service skills this might be the opportunity you've been waiting for! Our client assists military personnel and their families with shipping their vehicles. They are immediately looking for a couple of Customer Service Representatives to assist them on a full-time basis for up to a year.

You will work an early shift, giving you the evening off!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm; OT as needed


Honolulu, Oahu


$17 an hour


  • Provide outstanding daily support and guidance to customers.
  • Cultivate an atmosphere of Aloha Spirit within customer service which will infuse all communications and yield a positive result with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Generate external and internal reports for management as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Must have prior customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while remaining organized.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor and able to troubleshoot multiple problems at once.
  • Ability to cover occasional weekend shifts as needed.
  • COVID-19 vaccination incl. booster required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
