Work for one of Hawaii?s largest health insurance agencies as their full-time Customer Service Representative. You will serve as the liaison between the company and its clients, members, and providers. This role requires you to be positive, proactive, and professional while handling your day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.




Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu


$15 an hour


  • Participate in the training process to develop skills and knowledge that will be utilized in performing essential duties.
  • Answer telephone and other inquiries from members, providers, employer groups, and clients.
  • Respond and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Refer escalated cases to a specialist or management.
  • Keep an accurate log of all inquiries and responses and maintain pending files to ensure resolution.
  • Accurately complete and process forms and documentation.
  • Attend all meetings and trainings to remain updated on customer service policies, procedures, and product information.
  • Identify common issues or trends and suggest solutions, quality improvements, or procedural changes.
  • Assist with special or ongoing projects as assigned.


  • Previous experience in health care-related customer service, call centers, or related experience is preferred.
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
