Customer Service Representative (222544-04)
The customer service representative manages donor intake, legal documentation, and towing logistics for the vehicle donation program. You will ensure high-service standards and regulatory compliance while maintaining donor records and supporting overall program operations.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries; guide donors through eligibility, scheduling, and the tax acknowledgment process with empathy and professionalism.
- Review intake forms and legal titles for accuracy; resolve complex title issues (liens, estates, etc.) and maintain secure donor records.
- Coordinate towing vendors, track vehicle inventory, and update database statuses from intake to sale.
- Manage phone coverage, filing, and department reporting while upholding strict confidentiality and representing the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma required (Associate’s preferred) and 1+ years in customer service or administration.
- Experience with DMV titles, vehicle donations, or compliance is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management; valid driver’s license preferred.
- Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
