A financing company is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from either 6AM to 3PM or 7AM to 4PM and 1-2 weekend shifts per month on Saturday or Sunday from 5:20 AM to 2PM

Pay

$17.50 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls to understand and identify customer needs and objectives.
  • Complete outbound calls to customers to finalize applications and advance files through the process.
  • Accurately complete 1003 URLA Applications with attention to detail.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments to review pre-qualification information with customers.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure timely submission of all required income and application documentation.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales expectations established by management while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Active Hawaii or Colorado mortgage license is required; additional licenses are a plus.
  • Minimal to moderate mortgage experience and industry knowledge.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
  • Proficiency in processing, servicing, and auditing functions.
  • Must reside in Hawaii due to operational requirements.
