Customer Service Representative (223507-04)
The customer service representative will be handling busy incoming lines. Must be comfortable typing and talking simultaneously. Will be answering questions and walking clients through processes. Training will be a month in person and then it will be fully remote.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7::30AM- 4:30PM
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$17 an hour
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries; guide clients through their process of completing documents.
- Updating database with accurate information coming from clients.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent. college degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience working directly with front facing customers.
- Call Center experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
