Job Description

The customer service representative will be handling busy incoming lines. The candidate must be comfortable typing and talking simultaneously. Duties will include answering questions and walking clients through processes. Training will be a month in person and then it will be fully remote. This is a remote position that requires residency on Oahu.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30AM- 4:30PM

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$17 an hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries; guide clients through their process of completing documents.
• Updating database with accurate information coming from clients.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent. college degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience working directly with front facing customers.
• Call Center experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
