Customer Service Supervisor (Non-profit) (198690-04)

A well-known non-profit organization is currently looking for qualified individuals to help through the end of the year. There are multiple openings that we are looking to fill ASAP! The selected candidates will provide guidance to front line Customer Service Representatives who are assisting those applying for housing assistance. Applicants for this role should have strong management and customer service skills. Parking will be provided!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Customer Service Reps.
  • Assist with training of new Customer Service Reps.
  • Create reports regarding the team's impact on housing assistance.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist with other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous management and customer service experience
  • Highly empathetic team player.
  • Able to stay calm in a stressful situation.
  • Organized, multi-tasker with strong leadership skills.
  • Able to start ASAP and commit through the end of the year, possibly longer.
