Our client is seeking a dedicated Development Coordinator to advance their mission through the planning, coordination, and implementation of fundraising campaigns, events, and programs. This role requires providing direct data management, administrative, and logistics support to internal and external partners. Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (flexible to work outside scheduled hours/days)

Pay

$28 to $30 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely direction, framework, and resources to volunteers while leveraging their expertise, abilities, and networks to drive organizational goals.
  • Create a collaborative environment where staff from various functions work together to achieve results across health, revenue, and volunteerism goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate fundraising events in both digital and in-person formats.
  • Recruit, manage, and engage event volunteers while providing day-of-event support.
  • Support the implementation of year-round pipelines and cultivation plans for corporate accounts.
  • Manage customer and campaign information utilizing AHA systems accurately in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Create event collateral and promotional materials.
  • Ensure timely communication with internal and external partners and customers.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-5 years of relative work experience and a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated track record in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet specified timelines.
  • Communicate effectively, build relationships, gain trust, and work successfully with and through volunteers.
  • Ability to train and develop volunteers while also facilitating communicative strategic direction and consultation to volunteer committees and Board members.
  • Measure and increase engagement and motivation of volunteers at all levels.
  • Administrative expertise with complex clerical responsibilities and data entry, management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and creative design applications such as Adobe Creative or Canva.
  • Candidates must possess excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
