Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to engineers and other staff members.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
  • Respond to emails and manage correspondence.
  • Alert appropriate parties regarding significant issues.
  • Manage paperwork, maintain files and records.
  • Handle mail, data entry, word processing, and photocopying.
  • Compose and respond to routine correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Perform occasional deliveries using company vehicle.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
  • Manage staff and handle HR functions as the role develops.

Qualifications

  • Highly adaptable to new environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with driving.
