Job Description

We have a full-time Engineering Administrative Assistant position available in Honolulu. Duties in this role include assisting customers by phone or in-person, coordinating and participating in property and project walk-throughs, ordering supplies, processing payroll and performing data entry.

Qualified candidates will have previous experience working at a construction/maintenance company, have excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong communication, data entry and multitasking skills.

This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule. Parking is provided. Apply today to be immediately considered.

  • Assist customers via phone and in-person.

  • Previous experience working at a construction/maintenance company helpful.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in-person and via phone.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
