Executive Assistant (217138-14)Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to work closely with the Director of Operations and Programs to manage the day-to-day function within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking project timelines, compiling reports and projections, liaise with vendors, and assist with routine insurance audits.
The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in executive-level support.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$65,000 to $70,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and track project timelines.
- Review, draft, proofread, and edit various materials.
- Manage files and appointments for the Director of Operations and Programs.
- Work with IT to maintain the company database.
- Summarize and classify grant requests, research non-profit organizations, and assist with compiling reports and projections.
- Process payments, monitor accounts and transactions, and coordinate payroll authorization.
- Liaise with vendors, insurance carriers, and assist with policy development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive-level support, preferably in a non-profit or foundation environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems such as FileMaker and/or Access.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software systems, and conferencing tools such as Zoom or Teams.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
