Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$50,000 to $65,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and schedules (incl. calendar for CEO) and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Research and analyze administrative projects.
  • Receive, evaluate, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Draft correspondence, memos and letters.
  • Answer telephones and respond to emails and letters.
  • Coordinate meetings for the strategic planning division.
  • Manage calendars for various personnel.
  • Assist the human resources department when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of executive level admin support.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented and high aptitude for organization.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
