Job Description

Seeki​ng a Financial Support Admin for a local church council to assist with a variety of accounts receivable, payroll, and office support duties.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and a strict sense of confidentiality. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you today!


Full-time, 8:30am-4:30pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$18 an hour


Accounts Receivable:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements.
  • Follow up on past due amounts.
  • Answer questions from churches/customers about their statements.


  • Prepare and submit semi-monthly payroll to payroll company.
  • Reconcile Federal and State reports relating to payroll.
  • Work with mission churches to ensure timely submission of payroll information.


  • Provide general office support (i.e. answer phones, print, copy, file, distribute mail, etc.).


  • A bachelor?s degree (in accounting preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and/or payroll.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience working with payroll service software.
  • Ability to use multi-line phones, copier, printers, etc.
  • Highly resourceful, organized and attentive to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability effectively work with both internal and external clients.
