Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Food Packager (Production Worker) to join their team. Our company imports and distributes ready-to-eat food products to local stores throughout Hawaii. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient repackaging of products while strictly adhering to company food-safety standards. Full-time, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Repack ready-to-eat products according to company standards.
• Operate packing/sealing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all food safety requirements and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid TB Clearance.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on an ongoing basis.
• Proficient in handling physical, repetitive motions.
• Preferred: 1 year of food prep/handling experience.
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attributes: Must be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
