Front Desk Receptionist (209078-14)Seeking an administrative professional to join the team of a local non-profit. The Front Desk Receptionist performs general office/clerical duties that support the agency's operations and includes answering phone calls, maintaining agency and administration files, handling mail distribution and office supplies orders. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year admin/office experience, be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong communication skills. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm

Pay
$32,500 to $37,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct/route calls, or take/relay messages.
- Greet and direct visitors to waiting area.
- Maintain visitor log and badges.
- Perform data entry for compilation, reporting, and program analysis.
- Keep and maintain agency and administration files.
- Handle mail distribution includes mail pickup, processing and distribution.
- Handle outgoing and incoming faxes and route to appropriate staff or department.
- Maintain keys for mail room, copiers, postage meter, etc.
- Handle and maintain office supplies inventory for ordering and purchasing.
- Update and maintain front desk procedures manual.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist with fundraising events, as needed by providing clerical support.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of admin/office experience required.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable with using office equipment (i.e., scanner, copier, fax machine, etc.).
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented, dependable, hardworking, trustworthy.
