An office located in Downtown Honolulu is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a long-term temporary position. As the first point of contact for the organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and efficient workplace. This position is ideal for candidates in the Honolulu area who are open to a long-term temporary assignment. Parking is provided.

Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm
Location
Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and relay information to appropriate staff members.
- Perform filing duties and type documents as needed Utilize templates to generate reports.
- Contact clients using provided phone scripts.
- Learn and adapt quickly to office procedures and systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Previous administrative experience required.
