Job Description

Assis​t the team of a local company with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. You will answer phones, coordinate and schedule deliveries, prepare memos and correspondences, and maintain office files and supplies. Parking is provided.

Full-time, 6:30am-3:30pm


Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu


$18 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, take/relay messages.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
  • Maintain office files and supplies.
  • Prepare memos and correspondences.
  • Perform general clerical duties (i.e., data entry for reports, scan files, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as requested.


  • Minimum 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Dependable, reliable, hard working.
