Job Description

Seeking a General Office Clerk for a full-time opportunity with an auto parts supplier!

Since this is a small office, you will provide support where needed, primarily answering phones and responding to emails. Parking is provided.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with 1/2 hour lunch

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls (from 3 incoming phone lines).
  • Research products in the inventory system and on the web to confirm if stock is available.
  • Provide pricing quotes.
  • Enter information into computer system (software training will be provided).
  • Assist with other general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service and/or general office experience.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently on a small team.
