Job Description

Our client is seeking a General Office Clerk to tackle the day-to-day operations of their nursing home. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, data entry, handling mail, and screening visitors entering the facility.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • File, copy, fax, and scan documents.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Accept, process, and deliver mail.
  • Screen visitors entering the facility.
  • Log visitor information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain TB clearance.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
