A local utility company is looking for customer service driven individuals to assist their customer relations department. We are seeking to fill multiple openings for this role. This position will start immediately and last approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension. Upon hire, you will need to attend an in-person training at the client's downtown Honolulu office. Once training is completed, employees will work remotely. The schedule is five days a week, with a graveyard shift from 10pm to 6am.
The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience or experience with a position that required heavy phones.
