Job Description

Our client is seeking a customer service professional to join their team as a Guest Service Agent. You will be working at the front desk and providing guest services to both guests and residents.

You will work four days a week and can choose from the following schedules:

  • 10:00am-6:00pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
  • 10:00am-6:00pm (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)

Parking is provided.

$18 to $22 an hour, Depending on Experience


  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
  • Answer guest/resident inquiries.
  • Prepare arrival packet and program/issue new keys.
  • Enter maintenance requests into work order system.
  • Perform other duties as requested.


  • High school diploma or equivalent training.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Computer literate and general knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax machine).
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
