Job Description

Seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide excellent customer service and assist guests and occupants for multiple student residences on Oahu. This is a full-time role with convenient evening shifts!

The day-to-day duties of this role will include processing room reservations, guest registration, housing payment and reconciling statistical occupancy and revenue. Apply today to be considered!

$19 to $20 an hour


  • Process guest registration in Maestro reservations program and handle guest payments.
  • Prepare arrival packet/keycard.
  • Provide guest service assistance. Answer telephone, respond to email, field inquiries, receive visitors, take messages, enter maintenance requests into work order system, make referrals to appropriate offices and participate in Housing office emergency response system.
  • Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Conduct room and public area inspections before and after cleaning to make sure all requests were completed and that cleaning is up to expected standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.


  • High school diploma or equivalent training.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience providing customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Computer literate and general knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax machine).
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
