Job Description

Well-​known nonprofit organization has an immediate opening for a Guest Service Manager.

The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a great variety of guest service operations such as managing guest relations, coordinating annual budgets, maintaining appropriate records, organizing events, and supervising volunteers.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$42,000 to $45,000 a year


  • Oversee all guest service operations and guest service related activities e.g. enforce organizations' rules and policies, manage annual budget, ensure budget compliance, etc.
  • Responsible for guest relations: take referrals, handle guest registration including check-in and check-out, coordinate transportation and shuttle arrangements, organize events and activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervise personnel in housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds inspection.
  • Serve as a liaison with hospitals, referral agencies, and vendors.
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining guest records and occupancy reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate projects for volunteers.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in human services, health science, administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with agencies, staff, volunteers, and guests.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, in addition to emergency on-call as needed.
