Job Description

A reputable airline is seeking a qualified candidate to assist their HR team on a temporary basis. The position will start ASAP and will go for several months. Parking will be provided!

The HR Admin will act as the first level of response for employee inquiries across the various HR fields including payroll, benefits, leave of absence, policies and more. To successfully assist employees, we're looking for a candidate with preferably 1 year of HR admin experience.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu


$20 an hour


  • Manage general HR inquiries through various different channels (email, phone, walk-in) and deliver timely and accurate employee responses.
  • Maintain systems for accurately tracking and filing employee-relations-related processes and transactions.
  • Provide support in managing the shared mailbox.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • At least 1 year of administrative experience with HR experience highly preferred.
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to handle a high volume of work.
