HR Assistant (part-time) (200682-04)

A local health food store is in need of a part-time HR Assistant to help out in their head office for approximately 5 months. If you have prior HR administrative experience and are able to commit for the entire assignment period, apply today!

Parking is not provided, but there is nearby street parking available.

Hours

Part-time, Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$15 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill all recruiting processes including but not limited to posting job listings, scheduling appointments, and conducting pre-screening interviews.
  • Process new employees including employee verification, processing pre-employment paperwork, and holding orientations.
  • Organize and maintain filing system.
  • Answer HR-related phone calls and emails.
  • Assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have HR administrative experience.
  • Must be comfortable working with computers and have advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the assignment (approx. 5 months).
