Job Description

A very well-known local company is in need of an HR Coordinator to assist them ASAP through March 2022, with the possibility of extension. This role will provide help to employees completing paperwork and assist the HR Admin team with clerical duties such as answering and transferring calls, sorting and sending emails from the team's inbox, organizing network folders and files, performing data entry, and pulling reports from HR systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administrative experience. While prior HR experience is preferred, candidates without will be considered, making this a great opportunity to get your foot into human resources!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu


$22 an hour


  • At least 1-year of professional administrative experience. HR experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Familiarity using Adobe Acrobat is ideal.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter.
  • Strong critical thinking and relationship management skills.
