A local care home is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join their team and process employee payroll, facilitate interviews, and maintain job postings.

The ideal candidate will have their college degree in business and be able to manage confidential information.

Pay

$23 to $27 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Direct mail and phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain job postings and facilitate interviews.
  • Collect and process all new employee documents.
  • Adopt and model all safety and compliance policies by the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and external HR partner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree in business or related field and/or equivalent professional experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
