Job Description

As a key member of a Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees and ensuring smooth operations across various HR functions. Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective, former, and active employees with benefits information.
  • Support the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate training programs and manage payroll processes.
  • Administer the agency benefits program.
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of employee files.
  • Assist with the development of program goals and objectives in employee relations.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and employee relations (2-3 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
