Full-time, Monday-Friday with weekends and evenings as needed

Pay
$70,000 to $85,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with corporate management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Generate and update HR policies while working with an HR outsourcing company.
- Maintain and update HR documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks, and performance evaluation forms.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate disputes.
- Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Analyze HR data to identify causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Manage the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
- Provide management with training on interviewing, performance appraisals, and counseling techniques.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data.
- Track employee leave time, including vacation, personal, and sick leave.
- Review time sheets and wage computations to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Process hiring-related paperwork and conduct new employee orientations.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Supervise HR staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Proficiency in calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
